The Sacred Spirit Festival is scheduled to be held at the Mehrangarh Fort, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. The content/performance of/at this event is in no way intended to offend, malign, hurt the sentiments of any religion, caste, nationality, ethnic group, club, community, organization, company, or individual. Rather it is solely intended to foster an understanding of music, culture and diversity.

The public at large and in particular the Sufi brotherhoods namely Madariya, Chishtiya, Ashrafiya, & other Sufi traditions are hereby advised that the Sacred Spirit Festival is a sacred music and dance festival bringing together artists from varied cultures across the globe. This festival is a cultural exchange program and is not affiliated with any religious or spiritual congregation of any nature whatsoever. Furthermore, the scheduling of the performances at this event is not meant to represent or replicate or revere any Sufi, religious ritual or format.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with the Sacred Spirit Festival shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jodhpur, only.
